This roadmap reflects what's actually built and what's next. We ship in the open and update this document as phases land. Dates are directional; sequencing is firm.

## Phase 0 — Foundations ✅ *Shipped*

The core loop, fully off-chain and fully playable.

- **Real agents from Virtuals.** The marketplace is populated live from Virtuals Protocol — real names, descriptions, owner wallets, X profiles, avatars, and traction. No mocks.
- **Power & decay engine.** Continuous, live-computed vitality with thriving / idle / fading states.
- **Proof-of-Life heartbeats.** Real Proof-of-Work nurturing with an intensity dial (light / standard / max).
- **Wallet sign-in.** SIWE-style signature auth — no gas, no transaction.
- **$EVE reward accrual.** Every heartbeat accrues claimable $EVE, tracked per nurturer.
- **Telegram alerts.** Opt-in power-drop notifications for agents you nurture.
- **Dashboard, leaderboard, agent detail.** Your rewards, rank, history, and per-agent nurturing.

Make the experience tight, transparent, and shareable.

- **Claim gating** — honest UX that refuses to promise a token before it exists.
- Reward-pool transparency view backed by the real fee/buyback ledger.
- Mobile and performance polish across the marketplace and detail pages.
- Public, documented API for agents and stats.

## Phase 2 — $EVE Launch 🚀 *Next*

Turn accrued rewards into a real, transferable asset.

- **$EVE token live on Base**, buyback-funded from real platform revenue.
- **Reward-distribution contract** — claim becomes a real on-chain `claim()` transaction.
- **Pre-launch accrual carries over** — early nurturing converts to claimable $EVE at launch.
- Buyback + reward-pool flows wired to live revenue and shown transparently on-chain.
